PRIVACY & MEASUREMENT

Useful evidence,
not surveillance.

RiverLab stores your puzzle progress and review schedule only in this browser. The site measures a small set of daily aggregate actions so product and traffic decisions can use evidence instead of guesses.

What is counted

Daily totals for actions such as opening training, the calculator, or the call-EV lesson; answering a puzzle; viewing an explanation; completing five drills; starting review; completing the skill check; starting recommended practice; moving between the lesson, calculator, and training; and keeping a RiverLab page visible for at least 30 seconds, 2 minutes, or 5 minutes.

Traffic is grouped into five broad channels: direct, search, social, referral, or campaign. A small allowlist of known referral-link markers is reduced in this browser to the word referral. Raw referrer URLs, marker values, and campaign names are not sent or stored.

What is not collected

Your control

RiverLab respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can also disable aggregate measurement on this device below. Training continues to work normally.

Aggregate measurement is enabled unless your browser sends a privacy signal.

Retention and limits

The database contains one count per date, event, and broad channel. Counts older than 400 days are deleted as new events arrive. Visible-time checkpoints are aggregate page-view milestones, not exact session duration. The data cannot reconstruct a person’s session or poker history and is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

RiverLab currently has no account system, payment system, email list, uploads, or third-party advertising tracker.
